1. Please insert your JetFlash into a PC with internet connection.

|

2. Run OnLineRecovery.exe and press "START."
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. A confirmation message will be displayed. If you are sure you want to format the JetFlash, press "START." If you do not want to format your JetFlash at this time, please press "EXIT" to quit.

4. The process may take several minutes. Please be patient.
|
|
|
|
|
|
5. When the format is complete, please press "Exit," then unplug the JetFlash and plug it back in to your computer.

* If the "Please type in S/N" message is shown, please enter your product S/N. (Ex: 2364160001) If you enter the wrong S/N more than 3 times, please contact with Transcend.
