Transcend receives nine “Best Brand” awards in NOVA’s 2009 Best Channel Brand Survey

| Transcend is honored to have received nine awards in NOVA’s 2009 Best Channel Brand Survey, including “Best Memory Card Brand – Consumers,” “Best Memory Card Brand – Retailers,” “Best PMP/MP3 Player Brand – Consumers,” “Best PMP/MP3 Player Brand – Retailers,” “Best Portable Hard Disk Drive Brand – Consumers”, “Best Portable Hard Disk Drive Brand – Retailers,” “Best Digital Photo Frame Brand – Retailers,” “Best Memory Module Brand – Consumers” and “Best Memory Module Brand – Retailers.” This marks the third year in a row Transcend has won best brand awards for its memory cards and MP3 players, and the fifth consecutive year that the company has garnered the “Best Memory Module Brand” title. |
| The 2009 Best Channel Brand Survey is conducted annually by NOVA, the biggest 3C distribution channel in Taiwan. The survey has been running for six years, with its purpose being to single-out the best electronics brands in terms of sales performance and consumer perception. According to NOVA, the consumer survey sample size was 2500, and 500 for retailers, with a 3% margin of error. The survey results are professional and objective, as they reflect real-world selling power and market tendencies. Moreover, this year’s results are expected to be used as the definitive guide to purchasing consumer electronics during the 2008 IT Month computer show in Taiwan. |
