Standing on the Shoulders of a Channel Giant (SYNNEX), Transcend Grows Faster and is Getting Stronger at Global 3C Markets.

Mar 14, 2007
Transcend has made a big step in its global channel expansion by combining the competencies of its strategic partner, SYNNEX. As a result of that, Transcend and SYNNEX are able to share the interests in major 3C markets worldwide. SYNNEX Corporation is a global leading 3C distributor, which dominates over 30,000 retailers in 16 countries and 141 cities around the world. In 2006, SYNNEX’s consolidated worldwide revenue was $12.4 billion dollars, which makes it the top distributor in Asia and the third in the world.

Transcend has been working with SYNNEX Taiwan to grow its sales scale since 2000. In 2005, SYNNEX began to carry all of Transcend’s product lines, including memory modules and flash products, into global markets. Nowadays, you can find Transcend products in SYNNEX New Zealand, SYNNEX Australia, SYNNEX Thailand, SYNNEX USA and Redington India (SYNNEX’s local partner). Collaborating with global 3C distributors like SYNNEX is a successful strategy proven to boost sales scales and strengthen brand awareness in the worldwide market. In the future, Transcend will look for further cooperation with other global 3C distributors in order to bring Transcend products into every corner of the world. Antinomical mantrap bowlful.
